Who Can Apply
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
They are not a previous KCSF scholarship recipient.
They are enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited post-secondary school during the 2024-2025 academic year.
They are a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, or hold a student visa.
They are of Korean heritage or are able to evidence a significant and meaningful connection to the Korean community.
Note:
First Year Undergraduate Scholarships – Only students in their first year of undergraduate studies, who have not completed any academic years at a post-secondary school before the current year, are eligible to apply.
Upper Year Scholarships – Any student who meets the above criteria and has completed at least one full academic year at a post-secondary school, either in Canada or abroad, is eligible to apply.
All scholarships are evaluated based on the following categories: Academics, Leadership, Community Involvement, Essay, and Personal Evaluation.
Some scholarships may have additional requirements.
