How Do I Apply
1. Complete the Online Application Form here.
KCSF has partnered with Kaleidoscope to offer a streamlined application process. After registering with a valid email address, you can save your progress and make changes to your application.
2. Submit the Required Supporting Documents.
Students are strongly advised to carefully review the list of supporting documents, which must be attached as separate PDF files on the Online Application Form.
It is the applicant’s sole responsibility to ensure that all required documents are collected and submitted on time and to have all questions answered before the deadline. We strictly adhere to the application deadline. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Supporting Documents:
a) Proof of full-time registration at an accredited post-secondary school for the 2024-2025 academic year
b) Proof of tuition payment at an accredited post-secondary school
c) Canadian and provincial student loans documentation - If you are not eligible for a Canadian or provincial student loan, include a non-eligibility letter from the government. Visa students are exempt from providing this letter. If you did not apply for a student loan, please explain the reasons in the “Questions About Financial Need” section of the Online Application Form.
d) T1 Personal Tax Return and the corresponding Notice of Assessment from Canada Revenue Agency for the past year
